Shipping Regions
- We ship to all of Canada and the continental U.S., except to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, Guam, MP, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and the specific states mentioned earlier.

Warranty & Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unused Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by the courier.

Return Shipping Costs
- For Product Issues: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For Other Reasons:
- Customers returning items for reasons unrelated to product concerns will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 30% restocking fee will also apply.
